2. Issue you are having with the tool.
3. How often the tool has been used and how it’s been used.
4. How has the tool been maintained.
5. Photos of the issue (as much as possible). We will review the information provided and confirm if the issue is under warranty. If the damage is deemed under warranty, we will provide you with a shipping label to send the tool to our repair facility. Please allow 2-4 weeks for repairs and shipping.
