Power through everything from paint correction to final finishing with the FLEX 24V 3-in-1 Mini Polisher, the industry’s first cordless mini polisher that combines rotary, random orbit, and gear-driven polishing modes in one tool.

This cordless mini polisher conquers tight contours, intricate body lines, pillars, bumpers, mirror housings, and other hard-to-reach areas while delivering the performance to handle full panel restoration in auto body applications. Quickly swap between polisher types and 1-inch, 2-inch, or 3-inch pad diameters with its tool-free quick-change system, reducing downtime and the need for multiple tools.

Change speeds on the fly with a simple touch using the electronic touch sensor speed control, even while wearing nitrile gloves. An integrated LED displays instant RPMs visibility for quick reference as you work, while a dedicated lock function helps prevent accidental speed changes during operation.

The polisher features a belt-driven design that reduces noise as well as vibration for less fatigue during extended polishing jobs. An industry-first integrated detail light with three selectable color temperatures allows spot checks of paint surfaces under different lighting conditions to identify holograms, swirl marks, and other imperfections as you work. It’s lightweight at 2 lbs (without a battery) and ergonomically designed to conquer job after job. Some Important Notes:

• This is a brand new tool with many components. Please review the detailed instructions included before use to make sure you understand how to use each attachment properly. 
• Please specifically review how to install the gear driven adaptor. It requires using the 2" adaptor piece to "lock it in place" and the backing plate will thread on in reverse.
• These new units are compatible with the movement adapters, backing plates and the complete flexible shaft set from the previous PXE80 models. The batteries from the PXE80 are NOT compatible.
• Like all 24V Flex tools these are compatible with any 24V(black and gray) FLEX battery. So you can interchange your batteries with their larger 24V cordless polishers and any other power tool in the lineup.
