Change oil after the first 50 hours of use.

After that, change oil every 200 hours, once a year or when it looks milky, more frequently if used in demanding environments.

Changing oil is one of the most important and least expensive maintenance items, it will prolong the life of your pressure washer.

For AR630 Models the pump oil capacity is 5.5 ounces.

To change the oil, you will remove the plug that is on the bottom of the pump. You will need a 13mm socket to remove the plug. 

Once the oil has been drained reinstall the plug and fill the pump up with new oil.
