Turbo 6 Polishing Pad Cleaner | For Bucket | The Clean Garage Edition

Our friend Steve from Turbo 6 Products has been working on perfecting and patenting these new polishing pad cleaners for quite some time. We are happy to say they are finally available and with a custom Mint Green TCG touch.

This patent-pending system fits on most standard 3 to 5 gallon buckets. It is designed to safely remove oils and build-up the surface of your polishing pads without damaging your pad. Our design has no moving assemblies, is self-cleaning, and easy to store. This means it isn't prone to frequent clogging, breaking, and doesn't require any disassembly for maintenance like other expensive pad cleaners.

It's very easy to use. Once you are ready to clean your polishing pad:

1. Spray the pad with your cleaner of choice (we recommend using a rinseless wash)
2. Rest the polisher against the bar
3. Run the polisher against the bar until the moisture has whipped out

That's it! No pumping, no reservoirs, no removing the pad from the machine. Just spray it, spin it, and move on.

How does it work?

The pad cleaner utilizes an effective squeegee action, safely wringing our your pad using a smooth bar made from a very slick UHMW PE. It is completely smooth to extend the life of your pad, causing minimal wear while still effectively cleaning it.

The clips are 3D printed using high grade PCTG. This material can withstand the rigors of hot climates, outdoor detailing, and resists frequent impacts and vibrations. It will clip onto common 5-gallon buckets all day, everyday. The clips securely hold the bar in place to prevent it from popping out.

Once you're done, you can rinse everything off and you're ready for the next job.
