Warranty Information and Technical Support Contact:

The Rag Company warrants that the Ultra H2O Spray Nozzles will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase, under normal use and operating conditions. 

If a defect arises during the warranty period, The Rag Company will, at its discretion: 

• Repair the product, 
• Replace it with an identical or equivalent model, or 
• Issue store credit for the original purchase price. 

What’s Not Covered 

This warranty does not cover: 

• Damage from misuse, impact, or abuse 
• Operation above or below recommended pressure parameters 
• Clogging from unfiltered or contaminated water solution 
• Normal wear and tear (e.g., quick connect plug wear, rubber shroud scuffing, nozzle tip discoloration) 
• Use in unauthorized industrial settings 
• Modifications or unauthorized repairs 
• Accidental drops or tool damage from storage/mishandling 

Filing a Warranty Claim 

To file a claim, contact support@theragcompany.com and provide: 

• Proof of purchase 
• Description of issue 
• Photos and/or video of the defect 
• Confirmation of operating pressure and use conditions 

Limitations of Liability 

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. The Rag Company is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from product failure. 

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have additional rights depending on your jurisdiction.
