Q: When will my order ship?
A: Most orders placed will ship within 1 business day, 95% of orders fall into this category. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed Monday and shipped by Tuesday in most cases. Once we are caught up from our weekend rush most orders end up shipping the same day. We always do our best to ship orders as quickly as we can. From time to time an item may be out of stock and not ship right away. We will do our best to update you on the status of these items as soon as we can. We make no guarantee of handling or delivery time for any order placed, if you need your order by a certain date we suggest you contact us first to see if we can meet your expectations. Once an order is placed it can not be cancelled or modified under any circumstances.
Q: Once My Order is Placed Can I Change or Cancel It?
A: No unfortunately you can not under any circumstances change, cancel or modify your order in anyway once it is placed. Once you complete checkout your payment is processed and order is sent to our shipping department to start being prepared. Please review the items in your cart carefully and payment method selected before checking off that you agree to these terms and conditions and completing checkout. If you have any questions about your order please contact us by email and await a reply before checking out. Once you have checked out we are not able to do any of the following:
- Add items to your order
- Remove items from your order
- Cancel your order
- Add discount codes
- Change your payment method
We offer a 30 day return policy which is listed in detail below.

SHIPPING
Shipping Carriers: Most small orders(1-10 pounds) will ship with USPS Priority Mail or FedEx while most larger orders(Over 10 pounds) will ship with FedEx or UPS. Orders under 1 pound will ship with USPS First Class Mail. We have transitioned most of our shipping of larger packages to FedEx as they are currently offering faster delivery times to most zip codes we service and better delivery management and proof of delivery for our customers. Shipping carriers are selected at our discretion for each order, if you have an issue with a carrier listed servicing your address please contact us before ordering so we can work on a shipping quote for the carrier of your choice.
Expedited Handling: with this option your order will skip the line and be processed first for shipping, there is no guarantee on actual transit time. Your order will still ship with one of the carriers listed above at our discretion but will typically leave here 1
Free Shipping: Any Free Shipping promotion is available only for the lower 48 states. The carrier for free shipping will selected at our discretion from the current carriers we use listed above.

International Orders: Buyers are responsible for any duties and fees charged for importing the products purchased. We do not add these duties and fees at checkout, you are paying us for the product plus shipping cost. Most of these shipments will be sent with FedEx or UPS who will contact you to pay the applicable duties and fees. We will not modify your order amount for you, or send you a fake invoice, this is illegal and any request to do so will be ignored. Some very small orders will ship with USPS. Carriers are chosen at our discretion for each order.
Pre-Order Items: Any order with a "pre-order" item will ship in full once all items are available. These orders will not be split up into multiple shipments. If there are in stock items you want shipped right away you will need to place two separate orders.
RETURNS
The Clean Garage welcomes the return of any new factory sealed product within 30 days of purchase.
You will be given the option to replace, exchange or refund your item.
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all products returned for a refund.
Original Shipping and Outbound shipping for all returned items will be the expense of the customer.
To receive a RMA number for a previously placed order please login to your account and go to your orders tab, then select the return items option.

Cancellations
After you place your order it can not be changed or cancelled. Once your payment is processed the order goes straight to our warehouse team to pick for shipping.
Missing/Damaged Items
Missing or damaged items need to be reported to us within 10 days of delivery. This does not include any back ordered items and only applies to orders that have been completely filled.
Exactly when will my package be delivered?
Ground packages are delivered to residential addresses Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. and to business addresses during their normal business hours Monday through Friday. Ground packages cannot be scheduled to arrive at a specific time of day.
How do I get a tracking number for my order?
If we have a valid email address, you will be sent an email shipping confirmation of orders shipped from our warehouse. If you have any questions regarding the shipment, please contact us.
Orders over $500
The first time you place an order of $500 or more, you may be contacted by our customer service department to provide us with identification tying you to your credit card. This policy was implemented in order to protect our company and our customers against the increasing number in online ID theft.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, The Clean Garage reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. The Clean Garage reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, The Clean Garage shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
