Manufactured for the generation of dry and long-lasting foam.

Designed to be used with chemical agents with surfactant properties.

Includes 3 foam mixers (orange, gray and green) that allow you to vary the type of foam: wet, intermediate or dry.

2 working positions: manual and electric.

It can be used with neutral products, soaps, bleaches, alcohols and diluted acid and alkaline substances. Do not use
with concentrated or pure acids and alkalis, do not work with the power tool in potentially explosive atmospheres where
flammable gases, liquids or dusts are present.

SETTING UP & SPRAYING
1. Unscrew the sprayer head by turning it anticlockwise. Fill the tank to the indicated maximum of 1,25L – 42 Oz. Pour the foaming product. Screw tightly to close.
2. Press the power button for 3 seconds, and the system will turn on. Press it again, and the compressor will start to
introduce pressure to the tank. Allow the compressor to stop before it starts working.
3. The colour of the LED light indicates the battery charge level: green between 100-60%, yellow between 60-30% and red between 30-0%. To start working, we recommend that it be set to green.

4. To begin spraying, make sure the safety lock is off. When the pressure drops the compressor will switch on
automatically. When you stop spraying, press the power button to turn off the compressor; otherwise, the compressor
will continue to run until it reaches maximum pressure again.
5. Once the work is finished, activate the safety lock and release the pressure by pulling the safety valve. Lastly, press the power button for 3 seconds to switch the system off again.
6. If more than one appliance is used with different chemicals, use the identification marker to identify the contents of each appliance by placing it on the end of the handle. To remove it, pull it in the direction shown by the arrows using a tool or pointed instrument.

MAINTENANCE
1. After each use, depressurise the sprayer.
2. Collect and dispose of the residual amount according to the legislation, prescriptions, and applicable regulations.
3. Clean the appliance with water.
4. In the event of obstruction of the nozzle, clean it with water and do not use metallic objects.
5. In order to prolong the life of the joints, regularly apply some drops of oil or grease on the moving parts.
6. To access the valve chamber (165), remove the cylinder guard by pulling it firmly.
7. To access the rod’s O-ring (603), unscrew the piston and remove it until leaving visible the aforementioned O-ring.
8. The apparatus has a felt pad installed in front of the nozzle. This filter is to be cleaned with water when it
is dirty. If it is completely damaged or is extremely dirty, replace it with a spare part. In the device there is a strip with 10
supplementary filters (Figure 3.6b). Remove the used filter using a pointed object.
9. Store the sprayer indoors protected from frost and extreme heat (between 5ºC and 30ºC (40ºF & 85ºF))
