Cox Custom Pressure Washer Hose Reel Kit | BLACK | Choose Hose Color and Length

How to properly setup a hose reel for your pressure washer is one of our most asked questions here at The Clean Garage. So we put together these complete kits that will give you everything you need to setup one of our custom COX hose reels with any pressure washer with a M22 outlet. We include both a M22 14mm and M22 15mm pump adapter to take out any guesswork on your pump outlet size, you will only use one.

This kit includes a BLACK reel. We have the same kit listed with our BLUE reels.

Our Kit Includes:

• BLACK Custom COX High Pressure Hose Reel with Upgraded Seals (112-3-100-KEXX)
• Kobrajet 3/8" Pressure Washer Hose - Choose from Blue Smooth Jacket Hose or Gray Hose - Choose your hose length 50' 75' or 100'
• 3/8" MTM Quick Connect Coupler installed on one end of your hose
• 3' Jumper Hose in either Blue or Black - Gray Hose is paired with a black jumper hose
• 3/8" MTM Quick Connect Coupler installed on one end of your jumper hose
• M22 14mm to 3/8" QC Plug Pump Adapter
• M22 15mm to 3/8" QC Plug Pump Adapter

We offer as many options for you as we can we these kits, we will not substitute other items or modify the kit. If you need changes made you would need to order the products individually.

We have these reels custom built in the USA by Cox Reels, with upgraded EPDM seals which are ideal for both cold and hot water pressure washers.

This reel will accept any of the 50' 75' or 100' 3/8" high pressure hose we sell

Please note 100' is the maximum hose length for this reel - so if you use a 100' Hose it will take up most of or all of the reel when wound tight.

The inlet and outlet of this reel are both 3/8" NPT Female thread

Here is how we typically suggest setting these reels up and connecting your hoses:

• Run your 3/8" jumper hose to the reel inlet/swivel. Put 3-4 wraps of teflon tape on the jumper hose threads.
• We offer KobraJet jumper hoses in various lengths here: Jumper Hoses/Whip Lines
• We suggest ordering your jumper hose with the coupler on one end option
• The bare 3/8" male end of your jumper hose should be connected to the reel inlet
• The end of your jumper hose with the 3/8" coupler will connect to your pump outlet by adding a 3/8" plug adapter
• This will only work if your pump outlet is a standard M22 14mm or M22 15mm and you have the right pumper adapter
• MTM M22 14MM Female Twist Coupler X 3/8" QC Plug | Stainless Steel
• MTM M22 15MM Female Twist Coupler X 3/8" QC Plug | Stainless Steel
• Run your main 3/8" high pressure hose to the connection inside the drum of the reel. Put 3-4 wraps of teflon tape on the hose threads.
• We offer KobraJet high pressure hoses here: Hoses - High Pressure
• We suggest ordering your hose with the coupler on one end option
• The bare 3/8" male end of your hose should be connected to the reel outlet
• The end of your hose with the 3/8" coupler will then connect to any spray gun we offer with a 3/8" plug installed
