The Clean Garage is thrilled to be the first to offer you these exciting new units from AR Blue Clean.

This is the HOT version of the AR635 which means it has upgraded water seals to handle water up to 180 degrees. They DO NOT create hot water. Other than the water seals this unit is the same as the standard AR635 and can be used with cold water as well.

Our Level 2 Kit includes the following:

• AR 635 HOT Pressure Washer Unit - Complete details below (AR635HW-WOGW)
• TCG MTM Pressure Washer Upgrade Kit (43.5023)
  • MTM PF22.2 foam cannon with 1.25 Orifice installed (we suggest swapping this for a 1.5mm on this unit)
  • MTM SGS28 Gun with integrated Stainless Live Swivel and Stainless Quick Connects Installed
  • 50' 4000 PSI Black Kobrajet Hose with Stainless Quick Connects Installed
• MTM Acqualine Rinse Nozzle with Guard - 6.5 orifice 40 degree (16.7041)
• MTM 3/8" SS Quick Connect Plug for Outlet (24.0081)

Optional Add-Ons:

• Option 1: Add a 1.5mm or 1.7mm orifice for your foam cannon- One of these is required for the unit so we have the 1.5mm pre-checked for you. 1.5mm will give you slightly thicker foam and 1.7mm will lower your amp draw. You will need to to swap the orifice in your foam cannon after receipt.
• Option 2: Add a 20" Bent extension wand- these quick connect to your spray gun and offer an extension for your rinse nozzle or foam cannon. We offer a few options but suggest the MTM one to match your spray gun.

Please review these important notes about these professional units before purchase:

• This unit requries at least a dedicated 20amp circuit
• You must use a 6.0 or larger orifice rinse nozzle and 1.5mm or larger foam cannon orifice
  
  • Using smaller orifices will increase the electrical draw and may damage the pump
  • We offer 1.5 and 1.7mm foam cannon orifices from MTM. These must be purchased separetley, they are not included with any foam cannon kit. 1.5mm will give you thicker foam and 1.7 will lower your AMP draw.
  • Please see below for testing data with various nozzle sizes
• This unit offers HIGHER GPM and LOWER PSI tailered to car detailing. If you want more PSI this is not the machine for you.
• We purchase and sell these as "bare units" meaning it is just the pressure washer and does not include a hose or wand. We have detailed information below on the accessories you should use.
• This is the HOT version of the AR635 which means it has upgraded water seals to handle water up to 180 degrees. They DO NOT create hot water.
• Due to the weight, cost and limited availibility of these units they are not eligible for return. They are warrantied by AR North America (complete details below)

Rinse Nozzle and Foam Cannon Testing Data:

• AR is suggesting 6.5 orifice nozzles for the best balance of GPM and PSI for washing cars.
• As you can see you can go up to a 7.5 orifice nozzle to maximize GPM and lower PSI further.
• For your foam cannon you must use a 1.5mm or 1.7mm orifice, these are not included with any current offerings and must be ordered separetley and swapped out. 1.5mm will give you thicker foam and 1.7 will lower your AMP draw.
• With a 6.0 rinse nozzle or 1.5mm Foam Cannon Orifice you will be very close to 20 AMP draw. If you have tripping issues you will need to go larger.

Currently we are only offering the bare pressure washer units because of the small number we received we expect them to sell out quickly. Quick Connect and Fitting Information

Hose:

• • For an upgraded hose we suggest one of our 50' Kobrajet Hoses available in Black, Gray and Blue
  • You CAN run a longer hose but may lose some pressure and it will work the pump harder
  • We suggest ordering one of our hoses with Quick Connect Couplers on both sides combined with the plug we list below.
  • If you are going to be using a hose reel please look at our product page for that reel to see how we suggest setting it up or ideally purchase one of our reel/hose packages that are already setup properly.

INLET: AR Includes a Stainless adapter for 3/4" GHT. If you want to convert your inlet to quick connects you will need a Garden Hose QC Plug 24.5002 and Garden Hose QC Coupler 24.0631 . If you want both ends of your inlet hose to quick connect you will need 2 of each.

OUTLET: The outlet is 3/8" Male. To adapt this to a 3/8" Plug you will need part number 24.0081 This is what we suggest and will work with aftermarket hoses with a 3/8" coupler

If you already have an aftermarket hose with a 3/8" plug you will want this part 24.0063 to covert the outlet to a coupler.

HOSES AND GUNS:

• • For the hose we suggest following our guidance above, purchasing one of our Kobrajet hoses with quick connect couplers.
  • You can then purchase any of our short spray guns with a 3/8" plug installed on the inlet to connect to your hoses coupler.
  • Remember this unit is shipped without a factory hose or spray gun so you will need to purchase those separately.

Info For Mobile Detailer Setups:

• AR Tri-Plex Pumps must be gravity fed when being fed from a water tank
• The tank should be AT LEAST 12" above the pump
• The tank should be as close to the pump as possible
• The inlet hose diameter should be doubled in size when gravity feeding (1.5")
• Generator Requirements:
• To properly power a commercial pressure washer long term we suggest using the following formula when determining your generator wattage:
• AMPS X VOLTS X 3 = At least 7200 running watts
