The 1210 WP features a beautiful portable stainless steel frame with wall mounting provisions.

Please note this unit requires 20 AMP electric. 

We purchase this as a bare unit so it does not include the typical entry level hose and wand. Just the pressure washer unit as pictured.

Rinse Nozzle Testing:

For optimal car washing experience TCG suggests a 4.5 or 5.0 orifice rinse nozzle.

This will optimize your GPM and limit PSI to a safe level.

Below is testing on 4 nozzle sizes so you can pick what will work best for you. PSI is measured at the pump and will read slightly lower depending on your hose length.

Foam Cannon Orifice:

The 1.25 mm orifice included with the foam cannons we stock and most others on the market will work with this unit as long as you have a dedicated 20 AMP electrical service for it. 

Using a 1.5 mm orifice will help to lower the AMPS drawn. This is a part you will need to purchase separately for most foam cannons. We have them available here: MTM 1.5mm Foam Cannon Orifice

(The Active Foam Cannon does include a 1.45mm orifice which will also work well with this unit)

Do not under any circumstances use an orifice smaller that 1.25 mm

Piecing your own detailing package together? Here is what The Clean Garage Suggests:

Rinse Nozzles: 

• • Optimal Choice: 4.5 or 5.0 Orifice (maximum GPM for car washing)
  • For Higher PSI:3.5 or 4.0 Orifice (not optimal for washing cars)

Foam Cannon:

• • 1.5mm optimal choice (needs to be purchased separate for most foam cannons)
  • 1.25mm orifice will work (do not use a 1.1 orifice as you will over work the pump and increase electrical draw)

Hose:

• • For an upgraded hose we suggest one of our 50' Kobrajet Hoses available in Black, Gray and Blue
  • You CAN run a longer hose but may lose some pressure and it will work the pump harder
  • We suggest ordering one of our hoses with Quick Connect Couplers on both sides combined with the pump outlet adapter with plug listed below.
  • If you are going to be using a hose reel please look at our product page for that reel to see how we suggest setting it up or ideally purchase one of our reel/hose packages that are already setup properly.

Quick Connects and Fitting Sizes:

• INLET: If you want to convert your inlet to quick connects you will need a Garden Hose QC Plug 24.5002 and Garden Hose QC Coupler 24.0631 . If you want both ends of your inlet hose to quick connect you will need 2 of each.

• OUTLET: To adapt this to a 3/8" Plug you will need part number 24.5014 This is what we suggest and will work with aftermarket hoses with a 3/8" coupler
  • If you already have an aftermarket hose with a 3/8" plug you will want this part 24.0448 
• HOSES AND GUNS:
  • For the hose we suggest following our guidance above, purchasing one of our Kobrajet hoses with quick connect couplers.
  • You can then purchase any of our short spray guns with a 3/8" plug installed on the inlet to connect to your hoses coupler.
  • Remember this unit is shipped without a factory hose or spray gun so you will need to purchase those separately.

Info For Mobile Detailer Setups:

• AR Tri-Plex Pumps must be gravity fed when being fed from a water tank
• The tank should be AT LEAST 12" above the pump
• The tank should be as close to the pump as possible
• The inlet hose diameter should be doubled in size when gravity feeding (1.5")
• Generator Requirements:
• To properly power a commercial pressure washer long term we suggest using the following formula when determining your generator wattage:
• AMPS X VOLTS X 3 = At least 7200 running watts
