Warehouse Pickups

1) Add the items you want to purchase to your cart at Clean-Garage.com

2) Once your cart is complete go to Checkout and enter your information

• You must enter an address within a 100 mile radius of our shop for the WAREHOUSE PICKUP option to be visible at the next step
• If you happen to be visiting from further away and want to place a warehouse pickup order, you can enter our address as your shipping address in order to make that option visible

3) Select WAREHOUSE PICKUP as your shipping method and complete the checkout process

4) Once your order is complete you will receive an order confirmation page and email with your order number

5) When your order is ready for pickup you will receive another email that states "Your order has been shipped!" with a tracking number showing Ready for Pickup

• Pickup orders are pulled with our other website orders, in the order they are received
• Please wait for the "Shipped"/Ready for Pickup confirmation email below before picking up
• Most orders will be ready in 1-2 hours (during business hours below)
• This is how our shipping team closes out your order and lets you know it is ready, unfortunately we can not change the wording of the email subject from "shipped"

6) Current warehouse pickup hours are:

• Monday - Friday: 8:30AM - 4:30PM
• Saturday: 9:30AM-NOON 
• We have limited staff here on Saturday, orders can not be picked up until you are informed it is ready for pickup. We suggest ordering by 9am Saturday if you want to pick your order up that day.

7) Pickup Location: 5619 Tilghman Street Allentown, PA 18104 - Rear Door 2

• Rear doors are most easily accessed off of Crackersport Rd.
• If you are in front of our building turn right onto Tilghman, Turn right at the next light and then turn right onto Crackersport Rd.

8) Please present your order confirmation email with order number at pickup either printed or on your phone.
