The Clean Garage Foam Cannon | For Pressure Washer | 1/4" Plug

The Clean Cannon is our new entry level foam cannon. They are a great value if you are looking for mulitple foam cannons for different chemicals or customers not looking to purchase one of our more premium options. Pressure washer required. 

The Clean Cannon includes a 1.25mm orifice installed, which will work with most electric pressure washers. The MTM orifices we offer in different sizes will work with this unit for anyone that needs to change the size.

We also include a 1/4" Quick Connect plug which will connect to any spray gun or wand with a 1/4" coupler. If you need to source a different fitting or adapter for your setup the end that connects to the foam cannon should be 1/4" NPT male.

The Clean Cannon makes washing your vehicle safer, easier and more fun.
All you need is a pressure washer with a ¼” QC coupler connection and your favorite high foaming soap.

Directions:

• Install the filtered downtube onto the head of the foam cannon
• Fill the wide mouth bottle with water and soap
• TCG suggests water first, then soap.
• Use the clear stripe and dilution scale on the side to properly dilute your soap
• The exact dilution will vary by the concentration of your soap and the GPM of your pressure washer.
• If you are unsure a good starting point is 900ml of water and 100ml of soap.
• If you are not getting foam thick enough for your preference add more soap and less water. Keep in mind some soaps foam better than others.
• You can also use the top knob to adjust dilution on the fly.
• Install the head of the foam cannon onto the wide mouth bottle hand tight, do not over tighen.
• Connect the ¼” plug on the foam cannon to the ¼”coupler on your spray gun or wand.
• Do a test spray away from your vehicle to make sure the quick connects are properly engaged (TCG tip: you should do this every time you connect a nozzle as well)
• Set the front spray nozzle to the spray pattern of your choice
• Foam your entire vehicle. TCG suggests foaming your vehicle first before rinsing. The lubricants in the soap will help get loose dirt off your car without damaging your paint.
• Always follow the directions of the specific soap you are using and the environment you are in for dwell time on the vehicle.
• Rinse the vehicle with your rinse nozzle.
• If extra dirty you can foam and rinse the vehicle a second time.
• Move on to your hand/bucket wash step.
