Shipping and Return Policy


Most orders placed will ship within 24 hours, 95% of orders fall into this category. From time to time an item may be out of stock and not ship right away. We will do our best to update you on the status of these items as soon as we can. We make no guarantee of handling or delivery time for any order placed, if you need your order by a certain date we suggest you contact us first to see if we can meet your expectations.

Expedited Shipping: your order will skip the line and be processed first, there is no guarantee on transit time. Smaller items will be ship with priority mail but larger heavy items will still need to ship by ground.

Free Shipping: Any Free Shipping promotion is available only for the lower 48 states.

In Store Pickup: Local customers can place orders online and select in store pickup as their shipping option. Your order will be processed in the order received and we will contact you as soon as it is ready for pickup. 


The Clean Garage welcomes the return of any new factory sealed product within 30 days of purchase.

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all products returned.

Original Shipping and Outbound shipping for all returned items will be the expense of the customer.

To receive a RMA number for a previously placed order please login to your account and go to your orders tab, then select the return items option.
