Warranty Information and Technical Support Contact:

It is important you understand before purchasing an MTM Hydro brand product, the warranty is facilitated by Veloci Performance Products (the supplier/manufacturer of MTM Hydro brand products), which is the case with almost all tool and equipment purchases. Veloci warrants to the original purchaser of their pressure washing accessories that such products will be free of material and workmanship defects under normal use for the period of 90 days from purchase. The entire warranty policy can be view at the link below. In the very rare case of a warranty defect or failure with a high pressure part it will typically present itself with the first use. After the 90 day period any failure of a high pressure part is considered regular wear and tear.

Any technical issues, warranty returns or exchanges will be facilitated directly with the supplier/manufacturer, Veloci Performance Products. The Clean Garage will assist you in making contact with them and anything else within our power to make the process smooth for you should an issue arise.
