To select the correct size please review our Nozzle Selection Chart Below. Enter the GPM and your pressure washer and the target PSI you want to achieve. We suggest right around 1000-1100 for safe car washing. 

MTM Hydro's 4 Pack of Stainless QC Nozzles offer superior performance and extended life as a result of our refined manufacturing process. This premium nozzle pack has 0°, 15°, 25°, and 40°. Stainless QC Nozzles that are 100% tested for orifice accuracy and degree setting so you never have to worry about using an inaccurate nozzle. In addition to the meticulous testing process, MTM Hydro nozzles are manufactured with striations in the stainless steel to securly hold the pressed head of the nozzle and eliminate the possibility of the colored head falling off, as with competing models. All MTM Hydro nozzles are laser etched along the neck with degree and size of the nozzle. For reference: 25045 translates to 25° size 4.5 orifice.

Each pack includes (1)0°, (1)15°, (1)25°, and (1)40° degree tip for all of your cleaning needs. Nozzles are color-coded and laser etched for easy spray pattern and orifice identification.

The calculator will then tell you the nozzle size you need to reach that PSI. Rounding the orifice number up will optimize your GPM and rounding the number down will increase your PSI

It is important you understand before purchasing an MTM Hydro brand product, the warranty is facilitated by Veloci Performance Products (the supplier/manufacturer of MTM Hydro brand products), which is the case with almost all tool and equipment purchases. Veloci warrants to the original purchaser of their pressure washing accessories that such products will be free of material and workmanship defects under normal use for the period of 90 days from purchase. The entire warranty policy can be view at the link below. In the very rare case of a warranty defect or failure with a high pressure part it will typically present itself with the first use. After the 90 day period any failure of a high pressure part is considered regular wear and tear.
