The Clean Garage is thrilled to be the first to offer you these exciting new units from AR Blue Clean.

This is the HOT version of the AR635 which means it has upgraded water seals to handle water up to 180 degrees. They DO NOT create hot water. Other than the water seals this unit is the same as the standard AR635 and can be used with cold water as well.

Please review these important notes about these professional units before purchase:

• This unit requries at least a dedicated 20amp circuit
• You must use a 6.5 orifice rinse nozzle and 1.7mm foam cannon orifice
  • Using smaller orifices will increase the electrical draw and may damage the pump
  • For this kit the included Active Foam Cannon comes with a 1.45mm orifice that you will need to install. This will make the unit draw right around 20amp, we suggest also having a 1.7mm orifice on hand in case the 1.45 causes issues for you.
  • Please see below for testing data with various nozzle sizes
• This unit offers HIGHER GPM and LOWER PSI tailered to car detailing. If you want more PSI this is not the machine for you.
• We purchase and sell these as "bare units" meaning it is just the pressure washer and does not include a hose or wand. We have detailed information below on the accessories you should use.
• This is the HOT version of the AR635 which means it has upgraded water seals to handle water up to 180 degrees. They DO NOT create hot water.
• Due to the weight, cost and limited availibility of these units they are not eligible for return. They are warrantied by AR North America (complete details below)

• MTM 3/8" SS Quick Connect Plug for Outlet (24.0081)
• COX Custom Hose Reel: Choose from Blue or Black above
• Kobrajet Blue Smooth Jacket hose: Choose from 50' 75' or 100' above
  • This hose comes setup with a MTM SS 3/8" quick connect coupler (24.0063) on the outlet for your spray gun and male 3/8" connection on the inlet to connect to your COX Reel
• Kobrajet Blue Smooth Jacket 3' Jumper Hose (29.5219)
  • This hose comes setup with a MTM SS 3/8" quick connect coupler (24.0063) on the inlet to connect to the plug on your pump and male 3/8" connection on the outlet to connect to your COX Reel
• Mosmatic Swiveling Spray Gun (29.132) with MTM SS quick connects installed (24.0062 and 24.0082)
• MTM Acqualine Rinse Nozzle with Guard - 6.5 orifice 40 degree (16.7041)
• Active Premium Foam Cannon (JH60) (Please view notes above about orifice size)

Optional Add-Ons Available Above:

• These items are optional as not everyone needs them, if you do not select one you will not be charged for it. If you decide you need one after purchase you will need to place a new order paying for the item plus shipping if applicable. 
• Option 1: Wall Mount Shelf - Choose between Our Stainless Shelf which is 20" and mounts to standard 16" studs or our Black Poka Premium shelf which is 18" with mounting brackets that are 14" apart.
• Option 2: Reel Mount - Add Our Stainless Steel mounting plate for your Cox Reel which alos mounts to standard 16"studs. Currently only available in Stainless.
• Option 3: Add a 20" Bent extension wand- these quick connect to your spray gun and offer an extension for your rinse nozzle or foam cannon. We offer a few options but suggest the Mosmatic one to match your spray gun.
• Option 4: Add an Inlet(Garden) Hose - We off 5 custom lengths, you will need to measure for your specific setup and make sure you leave some room for slack as you do not want the hose too tight.

Info For Mobile Detailer Setups:

• AR Tri-Plex Pumps must be gravity fed when being fed from a water tank
• The tank should be AT LEAST 12" above the pump
• The tank should be as close to the pump as possible
• The inlet hose diameter should be doubled in size when gravity feeding (1.5")
• Generator Requirements:
• To properly power a commercial pressure washer long term we suggest using the following formula when determining your generator wattage:
• AMPS X VOLTS X 3 = At least 7200 running watts
