The highly anticipated second generation AR630 pressure washer is finally here and available first at The Clean Garage!

Availibility info:

• We have a limited first order of these due in July 1st that were opening up for pre-order now
• As long the product page says PRE-ORDER and shows a date of July 1st above it we still have units available form that batch for you to order
• Once our first batch sells out we will not have more until August and will update the date for pre-order
• If you choose to pre-order a unit your order can not be modified or cancelled once placed. 
• We will only be offering these as a bare unit to start. Once we have consistent stock built up we will offer out detailing packages. In the meantime we have testing info for aftermarket accessories listed below for you and our team is always happy to help you piece your own package together at sales@clean-garage.com
• The first run of these will only be standard units, HOT water models are due in at a later date

AR630 Gen 2 Pressure Washer Product Info and Features

• Please note this unit requires a dedicated 20 AMP outlet. The factory rating is 20amp and 120V.
• We purchase this as a bare unit so it does not include the typical entry level hose and wand. Just the pressure washer unit as pictured. 
• We include a brass Garden Hose adapter for the inlet to attach any standard garden hose. You can also add on our MTM Garden Hose Quick Connects if you want your inlet hose to Quick Connect. You will need to install this with a 1/2" allen wrench.
• AR has updated the outlet size on their new units to 3/8" NPT male, please see below for quick connect info.
• Factory rated at 2.3 GPM and 1600 PSI. As with any pressure washer the PSI rating is the max rating for the pump, the real world output will always be less and we have included detailed testing info for you below on 3 rinse nozzle options.
• Working PSI rated at 1350 by AR. Again this is a max number measured at the pump. In real world testing we achieved 1200 PSI with a 4.0 Orifice nozzle. Our complete testing details are listed below, if you are measuing PSI at the end of your hose this number may be slightly lower depending on your hose length and accurary of your gauge.
• Max Water Temp: 140 degrees
• New 3 position switch: Off / TSS (total stop) / Bypass (total stop off)
• TSS module is now hidden
• Rail kit with anti-vibration feet
• Annovi Reverberi RCA Pump and 
• Nozzle Holders on the top rear of the unit

Piecing your own detailing package together? Here is what The Clean Garage Suggests:

• Rinse Nozzle Testing Results: 
  • 4.0 Orifice - 1200 PSI - 2.20 GPM -17.5 AMP draw
  • 4.5 Orifice - 1050 PSI - 2.35 GPM - 17 AMP draw
  • 5.0 Orifice - 900 PSI - 2.37 GPM - 16.5 AMP draw
• Foam Cannon:
  • 1.25mm orifice is the smallest you should use and is what is included with most foam cannons
  • 1.5mm orifice is the optimal choice for GPM and lowering AMP draw. This would need to purchased separately and installed as most 
  • Never use an orifice smaller than 1.25 with this unit, you will risk damaging the pump
• Hose:
  • For an upgraded hose we suggest one of our 50' Kobrajet Hoses available in Black, Gray and Blue
  • You CAN run a longer hose but may lose some pressure and it will work the pump harder
  • We suggest ordering one of our hoses with Quick Connect Couplers on both sides combined with the pump outlet adapter with plug listed below.
  • If you are going to be using a hose reel please look at our product page for that reel to see how we suggest setting it up or ideally purchase one of our reel/hose packages that are already setup properly.

Quick Connects and Fitting Sizes:

• INLET: AR Includes a brass adapter for 3/4" GHT. If you want to convert your inlet to quick connects you will need a Garden Hose QC Plug 24.5002 and Garden Hose QC Coupler 24.0631 . If you want both ends of your inlet hose to quick connect you will need 2 of each.
• OUTLET: The outlet is 3/8" NPT Male. To adapt this to a 3/8" Plug you will need part number 24.0081 This is what we suggest and will work with aftermarket hoses with a 3/8" coupler
  • If you already have an aftermarket hose with a 3/8" plug you will want this part 24.0063 to covert the outlet to a coupler.
• HOSES AND GUNS:
  • For the hose we suggest following our guidance above, purchasing one of our Kobrajet hoses with quick connect couplers.
  • You can then purchase any of our short spray guns with a 3/8" plug installed on the inlet to connect to your hoses coupler.
  • Remember this unit is shipped without a factory hose or spray gun so you will need to purchase those separately.

Info For Mobile Detailer Setups:

• AR Tri-Plex Pumps must be gravity fed when being fed from a water tank
• The tank should be AT LEAST 12" above the pump
• The tank should be as close to the pump as possible
• The inlet hose diameter should be doubled in size when gravity feeding (1.5")
• Generator Requirements:
• To properly power a commercial pressure washer long term we suggest using the following formula when determining your generator wattage:
• AMPS X VOLTS X 3 = At least 7200 running watts
