AR Blue Clean 1210 WP Pressure Washer Stainless Complete Wall Mount Detailing Kit

The Clean Garage is thrilled to be the first to offer you these exciting new units from AR Blue Clean.

We have put together this complete wall mount kit with our best detailing accessories. 

Some important notes to review on this kit/unit:

• This unit requires a dedicated 20 AMP circuit
• Our pressure washer kits can not be modified outside of the listed options above. If you prefer to piece together your own kit we itemize the items included below
• This kit does not include a shelf, this unit is meant to be mounted directly to the wall
• The Active Foam Cannon included comes with multiples orifices. We suggest the 1.45 for this pressure washer, you will need to swap that out on your own before use.
• We are including a 4.5 orifice 40 degree rinse nozzle as we feel this gives the best balance of PSI and GPM. If you want additional or different nozzles you will need to purchase them separately, our testing data is below.
• We purchase this as a bare unit so it does not include the typical entry level hose and wand. Just the pressure washer unit as pictured and accessories from this package. 
• Adding an extension wand is an optional add on available above. Not everyone wants or uses one. If you place an order without adding a wand and decide you want one you will need to place a new order. 
• If you are mounting this package to wall with 16" on center studs we suggest adding one of our Stainless COX Reel Mounting brackets. There is an option to do so above. Again, we are not automatically including this because not everyone will need it for their application.
• You will need an inlet(garden) hose in the appropriate length for you setup. The pressure washer includes a stainless steel inlet adapter so it will work with a male 3/4" GHT connection.
• Our packages are intended to give you our most popular detailing accessories and the needed fittings that we have tested to work together properly with the listed pressure washer. There may be other parts you need to complete your custom vision or to work in your specific space.

• Prima Premium 3/8" SS Quick Connect Plug for Outlet (56.0081)
• COX Custom Hose Reel: Choose from Blue or Black above
• Kobrajet Blue Smooth Jacket hose: Choose from 50' 75' or 100' above
  • This hose comes setup with a Premium PRIMA SS 3/8" quick connect coupler (56.0063) on the outlet for your spray gun and male 3/8" connection on the inlet to connect to your COX Reel
• Kobrajet Blue Smooth Jacket 3' Jumper Hose (29.5219)
  • This hose comes setup with a Premium PRIMA SS 3/8" quick connect coupler (56.0063) on the inlet to connect to the plug on your pump and male 3/8" connection on the outlet to connect to your COX Reel
• Mosmatic Swiveling Spray Gun (29.132) with Premium PRIMA SS quick connects installed (56.0062 and 56.0082)
• Mosmatic Custom Rinse Nozzle with Guard - 4.5 orifice 40 degree (MN-40-45)

Our friends at AR North America have been able to help us do some initial testing on spray nozzle orifice sizes and foam cannon orifice sizes and the results are very impressive. Please find those listed below.

Rinse Nozzle Testing:

For optimal car washing experience TCG suggests a 4.5 or 5.0 orifice rinse nozzle.

This will optimize your GPM and limit PSI to a safe level.

Below is testing on 4 nozzle sizes so you can pick what will work best for you. PSI is measured at the pump and will read slightly lower depending on your hose length.

Foam Cannon Testing:

The 1.25 mm orifice included with the foam cannons we stock and most others on the market will work with this unit as long as you have a dedicated 20 AMP electrical service for it. 

Using a 1.5 mm or 1.7mm orifice will help to lower the AMPS drawn and increase the GPM produced by the Foam Cannon. This is a part you will need to purchase separately for most foam cannons. The Active Foam Cannon does include a 1.45mm orifice which will also work well with this unit.

Do not under any circumstances use an orifice smaller than 1.25 mm

Piecing your own detailing package together? Here is what The Clean Garage Suggests:

Rinse Nozzles: (see testing details above)

• • Optimal Choice: 4.5 or 5.0 Orifice (maximum GPM for car washing)
  • For Higher PSI:3.5 or 4.0 Orifice (not optimal for washing cars)

Foam Cannon:(see testing details above)

• • 1.5mm or 1.7mm is the optimal choice (needs to be purchased separate for most foam cannons)
  • 1.25mm orifice will work (do not use a 1.1 orifice as you will over work the pump and increase electrical draw)

Hose:

• • For an upgraded hose we suggest one of our 50' Kobrajet Hoses available in Black, Gray and Blue
  • You CAN run a longer hose but may lose some pressure and it will work the pump harder
  • We suggest ordering one of our hoses with Quick Connect Couplers on both sides combined with the plug we list below.
  • If you are going to be using a hose reel please look at our product page for that reel to see how we suggest setting it up or ideally purchase one of our reel/hose packages that are already setup properly.

Quick Connects and Fitting Sizes:

• INLET: AR Includes a Stainless adapter for 3/4" GHT. If you want to convert your inlet to quick connects you will need a Garden Hose QC Plug 24.5002 and Garden Hose QC Coupler 24.0631 . If you want both ends of your inlet hose to quick connect you will need 2 of each.

• OUTLET: The outlet is 3/8" Male. To adapt this to a 3/8" Plug you will need part number 24.0081 This is what we suggest and will work with aftermarket hoses with a 3/8" coupler
  • If you already have an aftermarket hose with a 3/8" plug you will want this part 24.0063 to covert the outlet to a coupler.
• HOSES AND GUNS:
  • For the hose we suggest following our guidance above, purchasing one of our Kobrajet hoses with quick connect couplers.
  • You can then purchase any of our short spray guns with a 3/8" plug installed on the inlet to connect to your hoses coupler.
  • Remember this unit is shipped without a factory hose or spray gun so you will need to purchase those separately.

Info For Mobile Detailer Setups:

• AR Tri-Plex Pumps must be gravity fed when being fed from a water tank
• The tank should be AT LEAST 12" above the pump
• The tank should be as close to the pump as possible
• The inlet hose diameter should be doubled in size when gravity feeding (1.5")
• Generator Requirements:
• To properly power a commercial pressure washer long term we suggest using the following formula when determining your generator wattage:
• AMPS X VOLTS X 3 = At least 7200 running watts
