Connecting The SGS28 Swivel Gun To Your Hose:

There are a few different hose options you may have, if you have a pressure washer or hose not purchased from us you will need to know what size the hose is. Here are the most common options and how we suggest connecting your gun:

Kobrajet 3/8" Hose - The upgraded hoses we offer from Kobrajet have 3/8" Male threaded ends, we suggest purchasing the hose with quick connect couplers. You can then install the 3/8" plug included in this kit on your spray gun.

M22 14MM - The most common factory pressure washer hose size, including any unit we offer with a factory hose, is M22 14MM threaded female. If you want to use your M22 14MM hose with this kit you have 2 options:

• Use the included brass M22 14mm to 3/8" adapter to connect your SGS28 gun to your hose (not a quick connect setup)
• Purchase a 24.5021 quick connect adapter to install on your hose. You can then install the 3/8" plug included in this kit on your spray gun.

M22 15MM - A less common factory hose size found on some factory pressure washers. You will need a quick connect adapter to use this factory sized hose.

• Purchase a 24.5022 quick connect adapter to install on your hose. You can then install the 3/8" plug included in this kit on your spray gun.

• 3.5 Orifice (1.25mm) installed in the Foamer Body - This is the orifice you should use for any pressure washer we offer.
• 3.0 Orifice (1.1mm) included with kit - This orifice is only for very low pressure entry level pressure washers.

• 1/4" Male Stainless Coupler - Gun Outlet
• 1/4" QC Stainless Steel Plug - Cannon Inlet

• 3/8" M22 (14mm) Plug - Optional Gun inlet fitting for connecting directly to M22 14mm Hose
• Teflon Tape for installation - 6 Wraps per fitting

Optional:

Add a pack of rinse nozzles or single 40 degree Acqualine premium nozzle with guard.

Need help picking the right nozzle size. Use this calculator from MTM... We suggest starting with the MAX GPM of your pressure washer and entering a PSI between 900-1200 which is best suited for car washing. The calculator will then tell you the nozzle size you need to reach that PSI. Rounding the number up will optimize your GPM and rounding the water down will optimize your PSI
